A childhood throwback, a brightly colored carousel. Walking around Tours while on vacation in France, and saw this technicolor memory. I then used PhotoShop filters to create artwork. The scenes around the top of the carousel reminded me of the 1st Marry Poppens movie when Bert is drawing on the sidewalk.
